Show More Show Less. The reviews on NewEgg weren't lying this is a loud fan because it has to pull as much heat as it can away from the eah4870/2xi/1gd5 into the case, but unlike the HIS version has a variable fan that could be slowed but why would you want to do that with this card.

Installed SmartDoctor mostly so it could regulate the fan based on the card's temps not its activity level.
